Practical information

DATE

The First Responder Challenge 2025 is due on 10-10-2025.

PRICE

We ask to deposit €5 per team member, so a total of €20 per team.

The €5/member will be asked as a way of deposit. Each team has the option to cancel before 31-06-2025. If they cancel before the date is due, they will have the option to ask for a refund. All other deposits will go directly to a good cause. See our blog and socials for more information about which cause it is this year.

TEAM

Your team must consist of 4 members. Having more than 4 members on your team will not be allowed. However, we will allow one coach. Your coach is allowed to run next to the course and give the team feedback, coaching, etc. The coach will NOT be allowed to participate or help in any physical way. Doing so will result in a penalty or even disqualification.

In your team, you must also have a captain. He has to be one of the 4 members of your team! ONLY the captain is allowed to talk to the judges etc.

WHERE

The FRC2025 will be held at the Sportpark in Tessenderlo/Ham. Check the map below to know more about the layout and how to get there. There is parking at the event.
